Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm two days before the meeting. (Using the same example as above, you must cancel by Tuesday prior to the Friday meeting)
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please feel free to substitute an associate or friend in your place. If you are a member and your guest is not, your guest will be charged the difference between the member and guest fees.
NO SHOWS: If you RSVP but don’t attend the meeting, you will not be eligible for a refund. We have to pay our caterers for all who RSVP, whether they attend or not. Thanks for understanding. We will waive this requirement only for verifiable emergencies.
