About the Speakers

Teddy has 13 years of federal law enforcement experience both with DCIS and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Criminal Investigative Division. Teddy’s case experience includes procurement fraud, product substitution, health care fraud, and environmental
crimes.

Program Description

• Exploring a case study involving the criminal prosecution of the president of an environmental contracting company. This company was awarded contracts to remediate historical lead contamination from mining operations in southwest Missouri. Ultimately the company bid on more contracts than they could support, resulting in lies to the U.S. government through product substitution and a coverup of the initial crimes.

Cancellations must be received no later than 5:00pm two days before the meeting. (Using the same example as above, you must cancel by the Tuesday prior to the Friday meeting)

If you are unable to attend the meeting – please feel free to substitute an associate or friend in your place. If you are a member and they are not a member – your guest will be charged the difference between the member and guest fee.

NO SHOWS: If you RSVP and don’t attend the meeting, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. We have to pay our caterers for all that RSVPd whether they attend or not. Thanks for understanding. We shall waive this requirement only for verifiable emergency situations.
